School Performance Audit
A structured, evidence-based assessment of how your school actually runs. Two to three weeks on site: interviews, classroom observation, records and results analysis. You receive a written report, a scored Forma result out of 100, and a clear list of the priorities that matter most.
Transformation Programme
The full seven-month engagement. We install the systems your audit identified — accountability structures, review rhythms, data systems — working alongside your own staff rather than handing you a report. Includes training your Internal Champion, so the systems keep running after we go.
Performance Partnership
Ongoing monthly support after handover. Review, scorecard tracking, and coaching that hold the school accountable to its targets long after the Transformation ends.
Leadership Workshops
One-day sessions for school leadership teams, built around the Forma Method. Available independently of a full engagement.
Investment
Fees depend on the size of your school and are confirmed in a written proposal after we understand your situation. What we can say plainly: a full engagement costs a fraction of what a results plateau costs a school each year.
