About Forma Consulting
Forma Consulting is an education performance firm based in Accra, working with private schools across Greater Accra and beyond.
The name is deliberate. Forma is Latin for shape, or form — the structure that gives something its lasting character. For a school, that structure is a system of disciplined routines that make excellence repeatable rather than accidental.

What we do not promise
We do not guarantee examination results. We install operational systems and build internal capability; the results those systems produce depend on your school's sustained implementation. Any consultant who guarantees you a result is telling you what you want to hear.
