The Forma Method
Six pillars. Thirty-three scored indicators. One number out of 100 that tells you exactly where your school stands.
Every school we work with is assessed against the same framework, using evidence rather than opinion. No score is ever given without something we can point to — a record, an observation, an interview.
The pillars are not something we made up. They're anchored in Ghana's own inspection standards — set by the National Schools Inspectorate Authority — and in ISO 21001, the international standard for managing educational organisations. What's Forma-specific isn't the goalposts. It's the seven-month method that gets a school to them.

Where schools land
Your Forma Score places your school on a five-band maturity scale. Most schools we assess are not failing. They are Developing — capable, but held back by systems.
